The OWON HDS160 is a versatile 2-in-1 device featuring an oscilloscope and multimeter, making it an essential tool for a wide range of applications. The multimeter features 60.000 counts, and the oscilloscope has a 1MHz bandwidth with a 5MSa/s sample rate. The relatively low oscilloscope bandwidth means it is generally more used to visualise signals rather than performing exact measurements. This instrument can automatically calculate and test various parameters, such as Vmax, Vmin, Vp-p, Vavg, Vrms, and frequency. It operates as a True-RMS device and also includes an intelligent probe detection, which seamlessly switches measurement values based on the probe's inserted position to prevent any operational errors that could potentially damage the instrument. Additionally, it has a 2.8-inch IPS display and features an environmentally adaptive display with high brightness, high contrast dual-theme mode to ensure a clear view in both bright and dark environments.
