The GW Instek GPT-9603 is a 3-in-1 electrical safety tester combining AC withstand voltage, DC withstand voltage and insulation resistance testing. Designed for routine testing of electrical equipment and components, it offers adjustable test settings and clear PASS/FAIL indication.
