KIKUSUI TOS7301 – Battery Insulation
Resistance Tester, 1000 V DC
The KIKUSUI TOS7301 is a
benchtop insulation resistance tester designed for rechargeable batteries,
electrical and electronic components, and laboratory applications. It provides
an adjustable test voltage from 25 to 1000 V DC and measures insulation resistance
from 0.001 MΩ to 10 GΩ.
The built-in dV judgment
function helps protect the device under test by stopping the test when repeated
voltage changes exceed the configured threshold. Contact check and
short-circuit detection functions help identify connection faults and shorted
devices before high voltage is applied.
A 4.3-inch color LCD provides
clear numerical and graphical measurement displays. With selectable measurement
aperture times down to 10 ms, CSV data export, and external control interfaces,
the TOS7301 is suitable for quality assurance, automated production testing,
and research and development.
